Step 1. El Camino.... el difficulto...

Ok Step 1 of recharging the batteries... Go on a very very long and exhausting hike...

The el camino... West Spain ... 100km ... 2 weeks... Santiago to Finisterre... Hills, flat terrain, windy roads and beaches.... Rain, sun and lots of fun...

Here are some highlights...

Starting point ... Santiago

The team....

Highlight... Lots of gag photos...

Cee... Mid point

Pit stop.....
Ryan (the one with a frying pan below) left his passport at our first pit stop...
3 days hike away way him and I went back to try and find it....
We got the passport after a few dilemmas but then we needed to catch up with the rest of the group...

Answer- hitch hike...

How- with difficulty when you don't speak Spanish....

These uni students were happy to give us a lift back and get us back on track...

We found out that you don't need to speak Spanish when you can play the drums on a frying pan... Travel trip ... Breaking Barriers through music is always a winner...

Back on the camino path again...

And yes that is a garbage bag...

Finisterre... End point

At the end of the Camino a lot of people burnt their clothes... Probably for good reason...

Contemplating where the other shoe is...

Perhaps it was with these glasses...

So that was the camino hike.. Lots of fun...

After the hike I am now even more convinced of what King David said in Psalm 19....

The Heavens declare the glory of God...

So what's next .....

Step 2. Israel Bible Study course....

God is oh so Good....
